In this interactive session, families collaboratively create personalized jars filled with sand, seashells, and heartfelt notes expressing appreciation for one another to create an ocean of love.

This hands-on activity sparks a positive and grateful family dynamic. As each family member contributes to the jar, a tangible and meaningful keepsake is formed, serving as a constant reminder of the love and appreciation shared within the family.

The act of expressing gratitude has been linked to increased feelings of happiness, improved mental well-being, and strengthened interpersonal relationships.
